The requirements presented by medical, pharmaceutical and food industry uses can be fulfilled
by silicone parts due to the special characteristics of the material used.
When processed in the proper way, the parts are completely physiologically inert. Only a few individual components are used to create the material.
It is therefore possible to produce items that are transparent. As opposed to the other elastomer groups, the main chain of the silicone parts is inorganic. Only the lateral branchings consist of carbon and hydrogen.
A further advantage of these parts is the wide thermal range of functionality. Cold flexibility up to –60°C and heat resistance exceeding over 200°C with largely unchanged strength properties are possible.
We have a separate production hall for silicone production, because the manufacturing of these parts must be done under special clean conditions.
