Our production processes at a glance
- The compression process is used for large-area products, for articles with carrier inserts such as metal or textiles and for articles that require long heating times at low temperatures for vulcanisation.
- The transfer moulding process shortens vulcanisation times, reduces waste, increases dimensional accuracy and reduces reworking, as burr formation is reduced.
- The injection moulding process is mainly used for large series. One achieves short heating times and thereby favorable article prices
- In addition, we can also process liquid silicone (LSR) for you by injection moulding.
Whichever method you choose depends on many factors, e.g. the size of the produced parts, the geometric properties, shape, measurement accuracy, number of produced parts and, of course, the raw material or rubber compound that is desired.
