Precision in „Macro“ ranges
We produce large formed parts with modern vulcanization presses and automated injection moulding machines.
The weight of the parts can be up to several kilograms and dimensions of 900 x 900 mm. We are also able to economically produce high quality metal-plastic composite parts.
The production of these large parts requires extensive experience in tooling production, gauging of temperatures, handling of parts and process controlling. Through our many years of experience and know-how in the production of these „thick walled“ items we are able to achieve the optimum curing level while taking into account an economically competitive edge.
